Pretty cool.
You really need to change the preparation for the chomp. I really expect him to bit in a "horozontal" direction rather than a "verticle" one. Instead of turning his head, I would gradulally pull his head back and rotate it downward a tad. Also, the shaking affect of the chomp just ... doesn't do it for me; I would suggest rotating his head downard on the frame where his mouth closes.
The colors confuse me also; its hard to distinguish what is the mouth and what are the teeth at 1x.

I love this. Beautiful colors on the vest. Really weird texture, too, its almost organic looking.

Really nice job, but they are too typical imo.
Simple changes - like increasing the size of the mouth, or exaggerating the eyes - would really make them stand out. They just don't look much different from what I normally see.

EDIT: Just to make this post uesful, I would consider the texture of various terrain. Your randomized spraying of dots over the grass doesn't do much.

I noticed that you have extra frames on your walking animation. They don't enhance the animation, but actually hurt it:
Also, their is not as much folding or 'snapping' of the legs in walking as their is in running. And when the back foot comes forward, it looks like it sticks to the ground. The legs warp a lot, too, in a couple of frames. I'd edit, but do not have much time to do all of that.
The recoil of the firing in the shooting animation isn't believable; how is he picking his weight back up with his feet? Move the right foot forward about half of a foot, and his left leg back in the same distance holding him.
Thats about it. I love everything else, especially the sexplosion. Nice job.
