Well, I tried pixeling about 2 hours yesterday evening but I just couldn't make a good piece so I decided to rework my basics.
Arrow = Lightsource
Does it look ok ? Is the shading correct ?

Honestly, it's quite hard to tell what's correct and what isn't. Try pixeling much larger objects with the same pallette, it'll help you pixel in some of the nuances of light and shadow, and it'll also be easier for us to critique.
