Needed an avatar... so... yeah...
Took me about 45 minutes. It uses 16 colors.

Looking at it now, I think I could have gone with a darker green...

The neon green hurts my eyes. Try going for some darker colors.

It looks a little short for a snake.  Plus, snakes have this awesome scaly, shiny texture that would be really fun to pixel, but this snake looks so matte... like it's made out of cloth. http://k43.pbase.com/u4/bardofbyte/large/752775.snake.jpg
