Hello I'm new to pixelation but not new to pixeling I thought I was pretty good, until I saw some of the other work done here 
please help me improve my pixeling skills with some crits on this girl i made.

here she is:

I know its not exactly that good but I'm proud of it
yes I know the shading needs a lot of work and the clothing isn't colored yet I would also say that I unbearably suck at pixeling the face area I just improved a bit on the shape of the hair a few days ago.
looks pretty good don't you think?
Oh yea and I have no idea about that line under the waist I guess I was giving the shirt a shadow< edited would still like help on how I should go about this part.

i noticed that you had like 5 colors that werent even noticable on a piece this big i would limit myself to 4 colors for the face and 3 fro the rest

OK I seemed to add more depth and I did what I could see from the image you posted hows it look now?



and I cant get the right colors for the skin
ehh.. I think i see something wrong with the supposed shoulders there are none :O oops. do you think if I squared them out a bit more it would look better?
OK well Ill be back later on please help me with this I did as best I could

edit: i added hair and did a bit of changing to the body and got rid of those freaky eye

hmm.. something just doesn't look right between the shoulders and the arms
