try to cut down on the colors
I'm not going to pretend this is a small task either; certainly none of us here can claim to have accomplished it. it's the realm of masters. still, it's what we all have to try for.

I think a better way to phrase it would be 'try to make better use of your colours'. At the moment you're stuffing a hell of a load of colours into such a small space, you'll find that if you broaden the areas that each colour uses you'll have less need for so many, and overall it'll look better. Because of this the cloak looks uber flat, and rather than just draping fabric, it looks like zig zagged metal.I dunno if that actually made any sense.

But the wings are meant to cover the body, and i like the way they cover it.
