I think you could define the folds a tad more, comparing the design to the sprite. (baggy vs supertight)
And Id propably try to add some more colors to break the monotonous gray.
Reflected light etc might add an extra dimension to it also.

Sexy stuff.
I'm especially fond of the lower set of Turtles in the first post (the other Turtles are a bit cutesy for my tastes) and Jeri (good cute in this case).
You're animation skills look very solid.
Crits:
The head bangers are rather pillow shady
The cutesy character select turtles are rather bland in colouring. Some hue variation over the shading gradient would liven it up a lot. Also the skin outline and shadow colours are very close, making the outline barely visible in shadowed areas (i.e. left sides of legs).

Your style is great! The animations are simple yet effective. The likeness on the SNL characters is fantastic! Well done.
