Wow, thanks thats alot of help.
I can't believeI didn't realize that the water was darker lol.  I was at the beach when I was pixeling it.  Owell.  I'm gonna start working on it right now.  I didn't shade it because I normally have to remake things and if I shaded them I would have to reshade them when I was finished... so I just wait till the end... lol?

fixed the beak and up the contrast of a couple things.  I'm gona up the contrast of the beak and feet next version.  I just realized theyre kinda dull looking... lol.

I tried a ship background and I wasn't exactly sure what to put so I made it as if he was at the end of the boat.  I'm open to suggestions.  Its just a rough draft

Forth - Ok, Well I got rid of the skull and made the sash (belt) round to match its penguin bellie :).  Also, I made his hook more "hookish."  I'll see what it looks like if make it a greyish-blue.  Thx for the suggestions everyone.

Fifth - Made him blue :)
