I'm unable to view Photobucket images, could you please upload to imgur or some other service that doesn't butcher files?
Also, those links are the same, did you mean to paste two different links?

Thanks. You can edit your earlier posts, you know xP

Here are the images embedded, for easier viewing and zooming:

I think if you replace the sel-out with outlines that obey the light source, you'll have a better image. The dark outlines look more cartoony/flat than the rest of the image so the sel-out is an improvement, but I think you can make it better by removing the random dark pixels that make it sel-out, and just making it a coloured/shaded lineart.

Edit:

Here's what I meant. The outlines are darker in the shadows, and there are no random dark pixels in the lit areas.

But when you are choosing the colours, you have to have in mind the colours that you're going to use in the outline, no? I'm triying to use only 16 colours.

You can reuse colours for the outline. In my edit (see above), I did not add any new colours.

I see, so I can use the same colour that I use in in the shadows, I thought that I had to use a darker colout to crop figure.

That really depends on what you plan to do with the sprite. Some contexts require darker outlines (you could still use your shadow colours, just darker ones), some will work fine with this.

Something else to consider, if the context allows it, is not using outlines at all.
