Platform game character critique.

Hi there !
I'm making a platform game to test a game creation software so i request critics to improve my character.

I'm open to all critics and advices that you can give.



(P.S : I need advices in English too...)

Mmhhh

I don't like the fact that he doesn't 'bend' is his knees, but just moves down a pixel very roughly, same concept with the arm.

Sorry for the double post, but i'm testing a run animation and i would have your opinion about it.

I'm very bad at animation so i take any advice.

With the pelvis rocking about like this, the whole character is going to jerk and shake while running. The body should be more or less stable for the resulting animation to look right.
And I'd try and animate the whole character, not just his legs. Maybe even in some sort of a specialized animation programme, like Flipbook or Abobe Flash, just to make things easier for yourself. You can always scale the result down and make it into a pixel animation later.
