Her torso feels very pinched. That can work, makes her feel more feminine and dollish, but it also reduces the believability of her anatomy. that paired with her stiff arms and pulled-back shoulders makes her feel very stiff.
Again, that works to the same ends as before, but it's something to look at if not intended.

Absolutely, that's much better. For the legs, I'd suggest some softening of the dividing line and re-angling of the feet, like I've done here. I did two small tweaks to the feet, the one on the left changing just a slight angle so the foot would face more outwards and the right one so they'd point inwards for a more withdrawn look. The changes in the leg division should better accentuate the knee overlapping the other, I think, but all I really meant to do was soften that line. Happy accident, learned something from this myself haha

That kinda looks like her legs are facing the camera and her torso up is facing right. Not impossible, but it's a slightly uncomfortable position I think

Trying different thickness. Maybe just go with 1px-thick?

Nah, makes her legs look like matchsticks. That third variant is getting close though, try refining it some.

She seems cross-eyed to me.
I have the impression that that blue pixel is the color of her left eye (I know that it's the make up, right?), and it seems a little higher, making she looks cross-eyed, and one eye of each color.
