Wow naruto GOA. -_- There pixel work has many uneeded colors so you could do better then there work easily.

Anyways I bboy(breakdance) in real life so i decided to pixel a person doing a NIKE move well sort of nike more like a hand hop but anyways this is just a simple outline, looking for crits, thanks.

And you have unneeded colors in your skull. If you can't see them from normal view then they don't need to be there.

Alright, I improved it using the above as a reference I kept the folds but changed up the right arm(white side) folds. I made an exmaple fo my arm irl and it looked like the folds were going the wrong way xD. I also edited the scarf aswell. Any crits/feedback !? I also made the face kinda the same aswell as the above. I tried testing other ways to do the eyes, but that one was the best, so I stuck with it :S. I think after I finish this piece, I'm going to attempt a girl from the same Manga next.
