Can you at least describe the intent of your game/what's going on, etc? There's gotta be a better way to render that band-shaded water, unless code is to move every 1px column up and down to create distortion on the surface or something very restricting like that, but even then. Everything is colored with boring color ramps. Try some deviations.
Toss a background in there real quick, just so you can start developing one.
