could use more shadow  on the front of the buildings.
The objects on sale looks as if its outside the glass, so maybe u should change its coloring to a sightly lighter color which should  blend to the glass( hopefully it will appear as if its inside the glass)

everything else looks fine but... it may help if u put more details on the buildings them selves , like a crack or something.

I follwed a tutorial, I'll cite the tut next time, but I just think its weird how you can't follow a tut without getting in trouble

If you note whether you followed a tutorial you'll never get in trouble, think of it as we need to know what level you're on and what you can achieve with or without external help so we can aid you accordingly.
