Thanks mirre, i'm gonna keep playing with it - ptoing shot me a few edits but (for worse in all likelihood) I have kind of a fixed idea of his facial proportions. The idea is for him to look kind of aerodynamic and birdlike but also a little bit chunky and blunt - partially so he'll show up well on very small screens, but partly because I like the idea of this kind of blunt, muscly dude flying about like a bird...BUT the nose seems to be a common point of contention here, which does not bode well for it...

Thanks again for the feedback guys! I t probably seems like I'm ignoring some of this stuff but I totally understand that "the nose is confusing" - I will see what I can do to fix it
I just have to do some extra import/export stuff to make geometry changes right now, so I'm focusing on the texture.
