(this is rather off topic btw) Is there a way to change the pixel ratio in photoshoppe, or would I need to use a special program for that? (Or I could use an emulator and Deluxe Paint! hahahaha)

Yes there is, in newer versions of photoshop you can set this somewhere under Image I think, there should be a Pixel Aspect Ratio setting.
There are no ugly colours, only ugly combinations of colours.

Ah crap I'm using photoshop 6! Looks like that won't work for me. (meh, I mostly use pixen for pixeling)

Well, making a widepixel brush would help a little. There are also a few c64 pixel programs for windows in the links thread. :)

Edit: Oh, wait, you're on a Mac. Nevermind, then. :-[
