I'm still working on the main one, just practicing lighting and shading.

Did I achieve anything good? Is any part of it even slightly worth while?

The eyes are good but the clothes shading looks too metalic. Also, you should try and custom each sides, not just do a side then rotate it.

Well, if by metallic you mean shiny, yes, it's supposed to be latex (not finished of course).

I usually don't do symmetrical work, this was mostly a test, probably won't be finished, but did I accurately describe shadows and highlights whether or not the light source was in fact perfectly centered. (I know, it still looks stuid with the middle light source, damn...)

I changed the clothing a bit to make the shading alot simpler. The face shadow shouldnt be like that but I wanted to show how it would look at a 45 degree angle. The skin colors took me a while to figure out.

The boobs are way too high and round on both pics XD
and where is the light source? you seem to have one on the face (top left), but again, the boobs are just lighted from the front.

I think they're cursed..

oh, ceedo, his light source is purposefully incorrect, also c+c mine, not his.

well the boobs are way to high. try moving them down 10-15 pixels and see how it turns out.
