I did thik of that but, i also thought that dithering the lightest shade added texture... I'll play with the colours ad se what the outcome is. Thanks alot for the comment.

I like this piece quite a bit it reminds me of Giger Art. I must say Matriax's comment on the green secondry source is very valid. Personally i would extend the green light on parts of the body, perticulary the shoulder/upper arm. I am some what of a blood seeker and i would personally put some blood hee and there espeacially hanging from the "stub" also a bit of flesh! :D

Very valid comments from your fellow pixelers! At the moment the whole sprite is very geometric, which is a good starting point. In my opion staring with geometric shapes gives you a proportionate perspective on your piece. Once you have eliminated the neck, you will have a nice starting piece. Then all left to do it to give the sprite more shape and character. Also the pose is very static, i note it's your first sprite but in the future experiment with different angle and poses.

Hey Dude! Erm I love it to be frank! i like the style very much! one crit/querie... The bend in the nose doesnt not line up with the perspective of the chin, if you understand what im saying. Basically to m it feels like the nose is going off into the background - not above the chin. This may be on purpose but then how can there be bird squit on his chin... Just something that was bothering me sligtly.

Love the piece mate! As always you've pulled off a stylised and very nice piece.

Nice work flaber! I like it! I got a few crits though. In my opion there could be some more darker tones under the chin because if you look at the photo there is a larger and darker shadow caused. Also personally i would make the neck slightly darker so the adams apple would stick out a bit more. I love the portrait! Good work.
