I'm pretty happy with how this merchant turned out, but I would like some CC to help me improve it.
(32x32, 12 colours - including background)

Are there too many colours?
Can my shading and shapes be improved?

Hi! I drew up some dwarf sprite variations, and I would like to know which one looks best, and what I could do to improve it/them!  :)
These include the original variations of the dwarf; alone, with a hammer and drinking ale, and a separate variation where his face is altered.
