I can't ever get this Boss monster's right arm to look correctly place. The entire pose looks a bit stiff too and it is hard for me to distingish the space between his stomach and the top of his arm (lol very fat). He is supposed to be slightly leaning to the right in a slight 3/4 view. I'd like someone to help me with an edit.
Is there some sort of drawing procedure that can help me draw a pose correctly the first time?

Make his stance less stiff, arms looser and his shoulder lower, unless he likes to walk like a dinosaur.

The colors of the character don't contrast enough with the background and the moon could be less jagged.
