well, for a start, your wall cover is way too smooth.Try adding more detail to it rather than having it all the same color.

The steps and door are far too large for the building.

How run down are you trying to go?  Just old?  A fixer upper?  Full Detroit?

bricks don't look like they integrate well, look pasted over, one quick suggestion darken the grout and bricktone on the less lit wall (left side)
