You get 100% damage reduction in PvP. Read that again. It’s basically a legal cheat code, though it can be a bit buggy when the servers are lagging. You have to decide what your goal is before you commit to a race. Verse Piece rewards specialization.
If you want to dominate the leaderboards in PvP, you are looking for Shadow or Half Cyborg. The damage reduction in this game scales exponentially in terms of value. Being able to tank a full combo from a Sukuna or Gojo user without blinking is how you win.
