You’ll find Goddard, the Blind Painter, hanging out near the Zoo Tram Station Stargazer. She’s standing near some railings, looking lost. Talk to her. She’s going to ask you to do something simple: pick up a canvas from the ground and put it on her easel.

After that, she’ll offer to tell you her story. You've gotta hit "Listen" here. If you skip it, you’re just wasting time. Once she’s done, she’ll ask you the big question: "What do you see in my painting?"

The game doesn’t hold your hand here. You won't get a giant "Quest Updated" notification that forces you back to the zoo. You have to manually teleport back to the Zoo Tram Station and give her the supplies.
She’ll thank you and give you a Dim Ergo Chunk. It feels like a small reward, but don't stop there. The quest isn't actually over yet.
Finishing the Painting and The Hotel Krat Reward
To see the "ending" of this quest, you need to keep playing through the DLC. After you’ve progressed significantly (usually after dealing with the major bosses in the expansion), return to Goddard one last time.
She won’t be there anymore.
