You've finally made it through the first part of the quest, and now Peacekeeper wants you to do some more dirty work. Honestly, the Tarkov The Cult Part 2 quest is one of those tasks that sounds simple on paper but ends up being a total headache because of the "hot" zones you have to visit. Basically, you're playing errand boy for a guy who wants you to track down ritual sites used by the mysterious cultists. It’s creepy, it’s dangerous, and if you’re not careful, you’ll lose a lot of expensive gear to a bush-wookie or a silent knife in the dark.
The Gear You Actually Need
Don't just run in with a hatchet. You need four MS2000 Markers. You can buy these from Prapor (loyalty level 1) for about 15,000 Roubles each.

There's a massive hurdle here: the Dorm room 314 marked key. This thing is expensive. If you don't have it, check the Flea Market, but be ready to cough up some serious cash. A sneaky alternative? Just wait until late in a Customs raid. Most of the time, some high-level PMC has already opened the door to loot the goodies inside. You can just stroll in after the smoke clears and plant your marker.
Locating the Ritual Spots
You have to visit three different maps: Customs, Woods, and Shoreline. You can do these in any order, which is nice.
Customs: The Infamous Room 314
Head to the three-story dorms. Go to the third floor. At the very end of the hallway, you'll see the door covered in strange markings and lit candles. That's room 314. Open it, step inside the circle, and place your marker.
Pro tip: Dorms is a meat grinder. If you hear World War III happening inside, just back off and wait. There is no point in dying with a 50k marker in your pocket because you wanted to be a hero.
Woods: Two Circles to Find
Woods is tricky because everything looks the same when you're being shot at.

- The Checkpoint Circle: This one is located west of the sawmill. Look for the Scav checkpoint with the black SUV. From the barrier, look toward the big rock to the south. The circle is tucked away right there.
- The Sunken Village Circle: Travel way north to the abandoned, dilapidated village. There’s a church that’s half-sinking into the swamp. The ritual site is in the backyard of one of the houses just north of that church. It's overgrown and easy to miss if you aren't looking directly at the ground.
Shoreline: The Pig Room
This is easily the most disturbing one. Go to the Health Resort, specifically the East Wing, room 321. You’ll know you’re there when you see the candles and the dead Scav in the bathtub wearing a pig mask. It’s grim. Plant the marker near the tub and get out of there. The resort is usually crawling with squads, so try to hit this one early or very late in the raid.
Surviving the Timer
Once you plant a marker, a 30-second timer starts. You don't have to stand on top of it, but you do have to stay alive until it finishes. If you die while that green text is on your screen, it doesn't count. You'll have to buy a new marker and try again.

Honestly, the best way to handle Tarkov The Cult Part 2 is to play like a rat. Bring a suppressed weapon, move slow, and avoid the main paths. The rewards are actually decent—you get some Peacekeeper rep, some Dollars, and a KAC SR-25 marksman rifle. That rifle alone makes the headache worth it.
Actionable Next Steps:
- Check your stash for the Dorm room 314 marked key before buying one; you might have found it on a Scav without realizing.
- Buy all four markers at once and keep them in your secure container (Alpha, Gamma, etc.) so you don't lose them if you die.
- Run Woods first since it's the only map that requires two separate plants, making it the most likely place for things to go sideways.
