Shoreline is a nightmare. Honestly, it is. One minute you’re admiring the sunrise over the lighthouse, and the next, a suppressed M61 round is turning your PMC’s head into a canoe from 300 meters away. But if you want to progress with Therapist and eventually unlock those sweet, sweet high-tier meds, you have to survive it. Specifically, you have to survive Tarkov health care privacy pt 2.
It sounds simple on paper. Go to the resort. Find a folder. Leave.
In reality? It’s a meat grinder. The Health Resort is the concentrated heart of Shoreline’s violence, and room 306 in the West Wing is right in the middle of the "I’m going to die" zone. If you’re stuck on this quest, don't worry. You're not bad at the game; the game is just designed to be a cruel teacher.
The Logistics of Room 306
Before you even think about queueing into a raid, you need the West Wing room 306 key. You can find this key in jackets or on Scavs if you’re lucky, but most players just bite the bullet and buy it off the Flea Market. It usually goes for anywhere between 40k and 300k Roubles depending on how far we are into the wipe.
If you're broke, check the bathroom lockers on the second floor of Factory. I've found it there more than once.

Once you have the key, shove it in your Secure Container. Do not be the guy who forgets it in his stash. We’ve all done it. We’ve all felt that soul-crushing realization while standing in front of the locked door.
Getting to the Documents
The objective is Secure Folder 0060. It’s a slim, unassuming document case that contains research on TerraGroup.
- Enter the West Wing of the Resort.
- Slog your way up to the third floor.
- Find Room 306. It’s near the skybridge that connects the West and East wings.
- Unlock the door and head to the back left.
- The folder is sitting right there on the windowsill, looking all innocent.
Grab it. The quest item doesn't go into your regular inventory; it lives in your "Special Mission" tab. This is a blessing because you won't lose it if you accidentally drop your backpack, but a curse because if you die before extracting, the item vanishes into the Tarkov ether.
The "Extract or Die" Problem
Getting the folder is the easy part. Leaving is where Tarkov health care privacy pt 2 gets spicy. You have to survive and extract. A "Run Through" status used to be a point of contention, but generally, you just want to make sure you've spent enough time in the raid or killed a Scav to get that "Survived" tag.

If you die, you have to go back. Back to the resort. Back to the door.
My advice? Don't rush out the front door like a hero. The Resort is surrounded by snipers—both AI Scavs and PMCs who haven't seen sunlight in three days. If you grab the folder early in the raid, consider sitting in a dark corner or a nearby bush for ten minutes. Let the "Chads" finish their business and leave. Tarkov rewards patience more than it rewards aim 90% of the time.
Why Does This Quest Matter?
You might be wondering why you’re risking a 500k Rouble kit for a folder of papers. Therapist isn't just asking for a favor; this is a gatekeeper quest.
Completing this leads directly into the later parts of the Health Care Privacy chain. Eventually, this path unlocks the ability to buy Medcase barters and improves your standing so you can actually afford to heal after a bad raid. Plus, the 6,000 to 9,000 XP (depending on your current level and bonuses) is a massive boost toward reaching the next loyalty level with traders.

Real Talk: The RNG Factor
Sometimes, the door is already open.
Seriously. Since 306 is a decent loot room—often spawning an M4A1 on the bed or rare medical supplies—other players might have already unlocked it. If you’re a "budget runner," you can try going into the raid late. Wait until there are 15 minutes left on the clock. Most of the time, the resort will be a graveyard of empty cans and dead bodies, but the door might be standing wide open.
Just watch out for the player Scavs. They’re like vultures in the late raid, and they love nothing more than catching a PMC with his guard down.
Actionable Strategy for Your Next Raid
- Insure everything. You’re probably going to die at least once trying this.
- Bring a stimulant. An SJ6 or a Trimadol can be the difference between reaching the extract and being caught in the open with no stamina.
- Check the skybridge. People love to camp the windows overlooking the bridge. If you're in the West Wing, don't just stand by the window looking at the folder. Grab it and move.
- Use the basement. The resort has an extensive basement system. It’s often safer to travel underground than to run across the courtyard.
Once you have the folder and you've successfully extracted, hand it over to Therapist immediately. Don't go into another raid with it "just in case." Clear the quest, take your rewards, and get ready for Part 3, because it only gets weirder from here.
