If you’ve been ignoring your Exospine upgrades, this is where it catches up to you.
After the beast is down, the mood shifts. You’ll find Kara. Without spoiling too much, it’s a heavy moment. You need to scan her corpse to retrieve her memory stick.

Bringing it Home
Once you have the memory data, fast travel back to Xion and talk to Kaya. Delivering the news is rough, but she’ll give you the Stellar Blade Sky Ace outfit as a reward for finally giving her closure.
Check your inventory. It’s right there. You don't need Lily’s help to craft it. You can put it on immediately and go back to looking like the coolest pilot in the wasteland.
Does it look different in New Game Plus?
Sorta. If you already have the Sky Ace from your first playthrough and you complete the quest again in New Game Plus (NG+), you’ll get a variant called Air Ace. It’s basically a recolor, but for the completionists out there, it’s another box to tick.
