No Place for Renegades is one of those Prapor quests that looks easy on paper but turns into a total nightmare in practice. It’s basically a rite of passage for Tarkov players hitting that mid-game slump.
What the Quest Actually Asks of You
Prapor is annoyed. He wants you to clear out the "renegades" (which are actually Scav Raiders, not Rogues—don’t mix those up) from the command bunker on Reserve.
- The Goal: Kill 5 Raiders in the underground command center.
- The Reward: Around 15,300 EXP, some Prapor rep, 40,000ish Roubles, and a modified AK-103.

There are two main ways they show up. First, they have a chance to spawn right at the start of the raid. If you get a close spawn like White Bishop or Black Bishop, you should be sprinting down those stairs immediately.

Where Exactly Do They Count?
This is where people mess up. The "Command Bunker" is specific.
If you kill a Raider near the train tracks? Doesn't count.
If you kill them in the hallways leading to the dome? Usually doesn't count.
You need them to be in the central hub—the area with the big glass windows, the desks, and the server racks. Basically, the "Control Room" and the immediate rooms branching off it. If they wander too far up the stairs toward the buildings, the quest tracker won't tick.
Survival Tips for the Basement
Don't go down there with a bolt-action. You’re asking for a bad time. Raiders in the bunker love to travel in packs of three or four. If you aggro one, his buddies are usually right behind him.

Bring grenades. Seriously.
Raiders have this "feature" where they yell when a grenade lands near them. It’s the easiest way to figure out if they’re actually in the dark corners before you walk into a hail of Igolnik. Dealing with the PVP Problem
The bunker is a meat grinder. It’s not just the Raiders; it’s the PMCs trying to use the D-2 extract.

Reserve at night is a different beast. It’s quieter, and while the Raiders have "night vision" eyes, most PMCs are too scared to go down there without expensive NVGs.
