no, but I'm going to sheet those, and others. Make stages. Enemies. A story.

Unless I can find someone who can code flash (or any other decent system) GOOD, then it will just be sheets. ;-;

WUT!?!?

Not much to look at so far, but it's a good start. I like the faceless look.

I'd suggest you try breaking out of the black outline complex. You pay a price using heavy outlining on sprites this small. Take a look at a couple of good edits by Helm for proof.

Wow, thats pretty epic.

But I'd like to go with more of a cartoony unreal look, i think a black outline is good for that?

Unless... IT ISN'T?

btw, i cant get the shading for the circle blade thing right...
it's supposed to be like this...

Hrm... The black line thing might be an issue when you start placing it in an environment. Could happen that it'll feel like it's not meant to be there. We can't really judge that until we see mock-ups. Try a non-outlined version just in case.

As for the blade, will it be spinning? If that were the case it might be better to have lines that run around the surface. Most likely from wear and tear it'll develop scratches as it spins. It'll also give the suggestion of brushed metal or something similar. Here's a rough version of what I mean.

Great work on the characters. The choice of hairstyles, postures, and clothes are of a consistent style yet each is pretty unique. Hoping to hear more updates from ya.  ;D

Yes, the blade will be spinning but only when he wants it too. For instance, in the stance it won't be spinning. When he's attacking it will.

By tomorrow I'll have updated the blade, re-worked the outline and have a new character up.

Is he dancing? Cause it really looks like he's grooving.

He's not just standing still? If he is then I'd like to discuss a little 'idle animation' philosophy.
