Foreshortening and anatomy issues! Please help!

This is one of those things your going to need reference for. Noone can do this right from their imagination.

I found a similar pose at least for the trunk of the body:



Notice the hand at her side isn't anywhere near as big as yours. Also the angle of the chest is different. And you got your work cut out for you with that front-most hand. Hands are hard enough from a normal perspective

I like the exaggerated foreshortening, personally
You are however trying to spread shit out. One of the key things in foreshortening, so far as I've learned, is that it's important to get out of the habit trying to make everything visible. The near object obscures the stuff that's connected to it but behind it.
Here's a mediocre edit to show you what I mean+some random other changes.

In spite of my edit, I recommend that if you add a lighter color not to add specular highlights to the skin I did it mostly since it's easier than full-shading. Oiled up naked chicks are over-used in art today.
