This is a medieval monk, I need the help to understand that with him wrong.

there seems to be too much head bob, he appears to be taking a deep breath with every breath.

As already mentioned, too much head bob... though it doesn't look like he's taking a deep breath because there is no chest movement, the entire torso simply moves up and down by a pixel or two. maybe some expansion in the chest would make it more readable. Right now he looks like Quagmire doing his little head thing...
