Why not put the focus on one interesting aspect, using those 4 colors?

This seems to get a beautiful scene, why not make it beautiful and interesting? ;)

Get well!

I like this especially the second layer, but there's something about the water that's not right, try desaturating it slightly or add some red in the hues. The foreground seems too saturated compared to the rest, maybe try and add a layer or desaturating it or saturate the rest. Anyway, I'll be checking for updates!

Thanks for the comment.

Lollige: Yeah, I plan on making the fisherman the focusing point, but he doesn't stand out enough. Though a bright colour could work, would it fit on a traditional japanese fisherman?
And cheers, man :)

Chris2balls:
Thanks man. I think you're on to something there with the layers. I think it's the second layer that's too desatured compared to the first, rather than the first being to satured compared to the though.
And the water's still very W.I.P, I'll do something about that soon.

Here's an update:

What fisherman?

Between the 2 rocks.
Guess it's worse than I thought.

(By the way, might wanna steer clear of one liners. They don't take too kindly to one lines here)

oh and also:

i made the fisherman so, that he's driving the opposite direction now, as i made a second layer ( small waterfall as passage)

It is quite obvious which fisherman :p

How about moving the image a bit to the right, to get a more interesting composition? And instead of going brighter, you could also give him a red suit. That could work quite realistically, and it defenitely makes him stand out...
Play

Oh, and also, you might want to play with the angles of your waterfalls. It would be strange if they were all pointed to the camera, and it especially annoys me on the middle one of the set on the left.

Quick NPA composition edit:

Lollige is right, a nice composition lies in those that avoid geometric shapes or everything else that is in order...
saying that all the waterfalls you have right now go like this
