Absolutely phenomenal work you've found there Feron.  That's some of the finest bg work I've seen in a platformer.

thats my fave ive seen so far :) i dunno who did it but :( i know he/she only used 24 colours tho (i think)

For a competition on Tip.it, made by The Jeppoz(or whatever)
The color amount was out the window, in the hundreds, but it was one of the first pixel pictures I saw that looked realistic.
Googled it and found his gallery but not the picture I'm talking about though.

I also like Prowler, while he has a very conservative style theme- and colourpalette-wise, he's putting an insane amount of detail in his pics, plus they're rather large. I had the honor to meet him this year at Breakpoint, and he showed me most of the steps for this pic (he had saved more than a 100), that was really interesting :)
