Heh Bonus tiles... hehe I like the sound of that :) Though I'm not sure what the bonus would yield.
Perhaps extra colours? You could keep the main palette with only 16 colours in it and different tiles have 0-4 extra colours (different combinations from a second set of 16 giving a full image total of 32 but only 16-20 per tile) available - which can only be used within the confines of the non-masked area (i.e. not the shown border). The whole image could therefore have a predetermined (by ptoing) colour bias thanks to the added bonus colours.

guys, seriously. nobody would get this. judging from some earlier post (and a recent one =) it seems that the rules as of now are already complicated enough for some people. and you wanna start playing around with the palette? who's gonna manage this? what's next, rotating bonus tiles with frames equal to the tile number?* i don't see this.

:
anyways, i'm itching to do another tile, but don't really see a time window for it atm =/ could you please slow down pixeling a bit? thanks*
see bottom

p.s. passages meant as jokes are marked "*". just in case.

If you get a bonus tile Tomic will personally fly to your home town and perform his infamous comedy routine for you filled with jokes that no-one gets* :P

I'm also in the same boat, I don't think I'll have the time to do another one; it was hard enough finding the time to work on my last tile :(

I really look forward to seeing what people do with tiles 35, 70 or 82 (and any other future landlocked tiles)

Yes, it is hard to find the time for this typiclly, that's why I stay up until 4am doing it.   Sleep? That's for losers!*   (notice the handy tomic asterisk)

Tomic I agree; further complications for the rules would probably just wreak chaos. ptoing's workload would increase 4x checking rule adherance of each tile methodically, notifiying artists of their inevitable technical mistakes, etc. Let's not adulterate ptoing's fine collab concept with our feature creep, though it is fun to innovate new ideas for it, fact remains it's probably not a good ideer.

Hey, Peach. Did you just now find this?

--Setz and 9_6, thanks for the crazy multi-colored metal panels, they set the tone for my #76. I don't normally use color like that, it was nice.

Mathias: Actually, They're not metal: they're a ceramic scale bricks.*

And Tomic, just for you, I'll make this my last tile. I feel like I've overdid it abit anyways. :blind:

Oh and a question, what exactly is a corpse collab?

uh huh hmmm . . .

Good question. An "Exquisite Corpse" production is just a collab between multiple people who don't get to see the "overall picture" until the end. Give it a quick read, it's interesting.
