It's very smooth, and I am a great admirer of your AA because of this and the things before it; however, the lower part of the eye socket bothers me to no end. I feel it'd look so much better if it was even instead of dipping in those two places.

That somehow inspired me (or at least gave me an idea) , like making it with different moods etc. Probably wont be anytime soon (or maybe never at all), but who knows, time will tell.

Something about the perspective is bothering me about this. It wasn't until I had looked at it for the 3rd or 4th time that I realized it was a panda.The problem for me I think is that you've got a bunch of details placed in a way around the left side(our left) of the face that it doesn't draw the viewer's eye over to the right.

I think the right ear(our right) needs to be put in the background, closer to the eye on the right more.

Yeah, you are totally right on the ear issue, it is wrongly placed.
But when I was sketching the avatar, I didnt really like how it looked on the correct place, so I moved up, and looked better.
As for the focus thing, doesnt really bother me much, gives the avatar a more psycho feeling in my opion so :0.
(and on the contrary it would help, since the right (our right) was poorly donce compared to the other side )

And well all these blabbering might have sounded just as an excuse for not editing, and you are totally right, cant really be bothered to change it in a major way. I think it looks nice the way it, but meh.
