Looks good but the black outlines would look better shaded.

There are lots of jagged lines that would look better with a touch of AA, you should be able to do that with the colors you already have.

The collar feels fairly flat, like the cloth doesn't actually overlap the shirt.

Specifically where the shadowed texture of the shirt crosses the collar line is where this is most noticable.  I've highlighted those areas in red:


The green outline is an example of where you very clearly made the cloths appear to be overlapping.
