Thanks for the great comments everyone. I've been sick with the flu the past couple of days, but I'll be working on it more tonight. So, an update will be coming shortly.
EDIT: regarding my avatar.. yeah it is.. well.. i mean it was shrunk down and pixeled over. (Not sure if that's still cheating) But that's also back when i *really* sucked at pixel art, and now I only moderately suck. I should update it at some point. Too busy right now. My boy's almost 2 now and he was quite little in that picture. And, yes, the palette is very saturated and the skin tones unnatural
