Honestly, I don't think that the train is moving, but the viewer is. I think the idea is that the viewer is slowing down to check out the graffiti. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I'd define the individual strands of that left girl's right side hair a little more (and call it a secondary light source)
The right girl confuses me.

Are they suppose to be nude? I'm confused. And her left boob. Uh...
? Is it really that large?

On second thought, the hair crit may not be valid, since I kinda think it looks cool like that.
Any clothing should not be dithered into the skin. But i'm sure you know that, so I'll assume that they really are nude.

Thanks for the crits! Yea, I kind of liked how the hair blends into the background the way it is right now.
You're right on the breast area though, I really couldn't be bothered to get it right ... although it looks pretty much like this in the reference, I think it's the cropping which is making it difficult to see how her upper body is turned. And that's supposed to be a tan-line Oh well, next time will be better, I hope ^^
