I recommend GIF movie gear, or other programs which don't destroy palette data (in any way, regardless of options).

Generally saving in 2x (these aren't 4x) isn't good for working files, but it's fine for presentation if it's closer to playing res.
Of course, the forum has a built-in zoom function, so if there's no need...there's no need :).

The only issue i can see outside the head is that he's less chubby in the front+back views than in the sideview :).
