Free low poly 3d tool?

on: June 14, 2009, 04:58:14 pm
Hey guys.. I just want to test my hand at this low poly stuff I had seen in the low spec art section of these forums.. Is there a good one were I could get free? I don't know anything about it, but I would love to explore this type of art. Thanks.

Wings3D is probably the easiest thing to get into for lowpoly modelling.

http://www.wings3d.com/
There are no ugly colours, only ugly combinations of colours.

I say wings because I don't like blender.  Or you can spring for 3dsMax, which is not always as expensive as you might think based on where you work/attend school and where you find your copy.
A mistake is a mistake.
The same mistake twice is a bad habit.
The same mistake three or more times is a motif.
