It seems like the shorts "blink" on the one frame when the black turns dark-grey. Oh no, the vagina is winking at me!

So, should I remove  distracting pixels from her crotch?

Here is the scetch of a punch movement. I watched a reference from SF. But still have problems with legs, lol.
Leave it as is for now.

UPD: I've cleaned the animation. Is it OK? If so, then I'll start colouring it.

You could do these pixels less distracting, I can't explain where is the light source that make that part bright that way.

I think yer doing well on this. The punch is a little robotic, not enough wind-up or follow-through. It's more like a strong jab. Seems there should be more lean-in with some upper body rotation. Punch in slo-mo, while watching yourself in the mirror. Exaggerate your movement for the sake of study. Torso still somewhat manly, it's the abs and thick waist. And I see she's still Lucy Labia, maybe she could have a vagina-based special move, perhaps the Fallopian Fireball or the Deferens of Doom, or maybe the Beaver Basher.

Okay I know you probably want an anime face, but IMO it ruins the whole piece. :/
The cameltoe highlight is wayyy un-needed.
Your girls boob is completely un-natural, doesn't really drop with the collar bone instead it tumors outwards.
Her left hand had 3 fingers...
Minor nit picks everywhere.

The finishing on this sprite might not be up to par with commercial art, but one area where I think you excelled is in creating the illusion of a three dimensional volume with your animation. It is simply incredible.

The pelvic area seems a bit too rounded though (codpiece?), and the hair is borderline dreadlocks.

I agree with Mathias, I think you must animate the hair to follow the movement of the punch.
(Sorry for my english).
My english sucks.

Also, most boxers keep their hands loose until contact, your lady is clenching here fists the whole time.

Oh, thank you!  I'll use this edit in my further efforts.  As well as trying to loose her fists.
Damn, forgot to clean her crotch.
