this is what i showed ptoing. we then worked on ideas how to make it more impressive while it not looks like a physical object with lightsource and "real" shades.

that is the result for now:

i used my own colours but they look similar to ptoings. i simply lowered the colours of my old piece.

uhm...it's confusing. You're trying to challenge our sense of depth, arent you? well...you're still creating depth...in quite a standar way I might add. If you want to make it confusing you should create completely opposite lightsources for each part of the ship....and I think stop working on this ship so much, draw some other ship shapes and try many ways to make all of the plains in the ship look like where they're not supposed to be.

Maybe look at Escher, and then look at cubism

I personally love the project, but this new style is so crazy delicious I want all ships remade :)

it meens a lot to me what you said! indeed all ships will get a remake for real! but i need to finish this new style i am improving there!

the ni will rework all older ships one after another, in addition finish the rest of the set which i did not show to the public. then the coding of the levels and everything else wil be done..
