Interesting color effect.  The nostril holes seem to stand out a little too much for my taste though.  They are the very first thing I notice when I look at the pic, even before the eyes.

The left (her left) side of her lips is kinda messed up, I'd also try dropping the darkest green that's right under her lower lip, it might look better. The nostrils are a tad too small and sharp edged, maybe it'd be better to just use the greens there. Her left eye could perhaps use a bit more shadow on the outer edge.

That said, I rather like it. Interesting composition and colors.

and on topic; it looks pretty cool, you stretched the face a little vertically.. and the purple nostrils are bugging me too.. thats all I can really mention. a very cool piece

Aside from the other crits, I'd say that the contour of the hairline is a bit off.

Cool. I like your color choices. Her lips are too small, though; brows are too perfect/thin, too. The mouth itself should be a tad crooked, also.

Same problems as last time, man. :X You aren't drawing what you see; you are drawing what you think you see. Lips are like this, eyes like that, etc; If you want to capture realism, you need to be prepared to learn all over again.

I think the lips are over contrasted. the color effect is nice though! you should revisit the lips!
