I think they look pretty good...although if it's going to be part of a strategy game, I'll assume you'd want characters.  You might want to think about scaling your trees and structures up somewhat otherwise the characters would be very small.

Once more some stuff I decided to post.
I've drawn resources for a potential game: ore, gold, crystals, wood.

Crit. please....
and once more question: help to draw a gold chest, if you can, of course....

We are not here to draw things for you. Try to draw a chest, post it here, and we will give you critique with which you may improve your chest.
We could draw the chest for you, but how would that help you get better?

About your stuff: I think that a big problem in the main map is a clashing of a rather blurred looking ground, and really sharp objects.
Though it does make it easier to read, it seems a bit too seperated. Try to make them look more in unison, while still making sure that the sprite are easy to read.

The trees and the house suffer from bad colour choices. The neon green, the neon red and the yellow/greenish colours don't really work at all.
It almost seems as though they're default paint colours. Above that, the amount of colours used is ridiculous, especially on the roof of the house.
Why do you have them anti aliased to the white background? Aren't they to be placed on the map? Especially since they seem to be placeable on different ground types,
you can't anti-alias it against white. It might make it look better against a white background, if executed well. But it would look terrible on the map you have created.
The lightsource also seems messed up. Here's an edit: I also included another idea for a tree.

I'm sorry but the chest isn't even pixel art in its current state and as such doesn't really belong in this forum. Don't be surprised if you don't get many replies.

Also I recommend that you redo it with proper pixel methods of course, so that we get a chance to help you properly.

Although it's not pixel art:

I feel you're missing the function of a pixel-art forum...
A mistake is a mistake.
The same mistake twice is a bad habit.
The same mistake three or more times is a motif.
