Wall to Floor

Eyo, I'm fuzzyleaves. 1st post  ::)

Ehm... I was wondering since I'm new here and new with pixel art (i've got some at pj) how would you easily take a painting on a wall, and turn it into a isometric rug on the floor for ex.

basically, you'd need a program that can rotate it 45 degrees, then shrink it's Y dimension 50%


Most programs will automatically filter at least one of those stages, and regardless the result will never be clean.

Not to beat a dead horse with a stick, but I figure I'd provide a quick example for my own amusement. 

My dreams of making a nice iso pixel quilt are dashed!   :'(
