 Nice work there. The pelvis seems to be smaller than the upper torso. You should make the pelvis the same size as the upper torso. Make the thighs more round. Applying selout as the outlines can spice it up a little.

Selout is a short word for selective outlining, a technique to outline sprites. It's kinda hard to explain so I just post a link to this great tutorial by Preston Kyle Mays: http://www.zoggles.co.uk/asp/tutorials.asp?tut=8

Heres a revision after reading Andy's help but before I knew what Selective Outlining was..I am having problems with the legs as you could probably tell heh.

 Good work there. The knees should bulge out. Make sure the feet should appear showing it's front view only. Not really showing it's side. Because your character is standing at a front view pose, you should tweak the feet to make the toes face you only. Also, vary the hues by making the highlights go more into cyan when it gets lighter. Professional game sprites use that principle. That will break up the monotony of the sprites you make.
