I must say great improvement =D (aside from you looking hot)

You should lighten your eye color a bit and don't add too much shadow over the mouth
aswell as the definitions on the side of the head on both sides, the more you define, the older you look! Keep that in mind

all aesthetic admiration aside, I have a couple of critiques.

- your nose isn't as symmetrical in the picture as it is here.
- your hair is much lighter, almost at skin tone on the sides, and the same holds true for your eyebrows. I'd love to see that implemented.
- nitpickery - your ears are a tiniest bit more pointed.
- I DEMAND to see more light in the eyes and more pink in the mouth.  :0' :0' :0'

I also agree with the shading beneath the nose. right now it hints a mustache.
... unless that was what you were going for, lols. I think it would look better if it was more in plane with the rest of the face.
