Help?

I've been working on this for 3 to 4 hours (not strait),
And I'd like some help on his left(our right) arm, I don't know how the folds should look,
And I can't get his face right.

I think that in a situation like this the sleeve would only go to the shoulder, since the (almighty) gravity would not let it stay up like that, unless it was somehow tied to the arm. I don't know if I made myself clear but that's what sould happen.

As for the face maybe you could try to leave it black and only put two light dots for the eyes. Or slightly lighten his cheeks/nose/chin.
And I agree about the sleeve, it would fall down.
