It is not 'topdown', as that is straight above. This would be more like some sort of bied-view, with an excessive amount of perspective. If you want to work on anatomy, try drawing some still-life.

That won't do for anatomy practice as that is supposed to teach you something about realistic humans. This a cartoon figure, giving you perspective practice rather than antomy.
