What Villainy Hast Thou Commited?[WIP]

Took a break from the animation (break? I haven't started yet!  ) to join a competition over at Pixeltendo.

The subject is "The Villain", and I opted for a more conceptual approach. Can you guess what villainy this shild is commiting? :>

Aaanyway, need help with his arms and that piece of crumpled paper. I crumpled a piece of paper myself, but still doesn't look right.

Nice work so far. The crumpled paper I think looks more like a flower than crumpled paper. It would probably look more crumpled if the whole flat surfaces were highlighted more rather than just the edges.


Also do you plan to dither his whole face? it looks kind of odd at the moment.

I really like how the hair is looking right now.

As for the villiany.. drawing on lined paper? An atrocity I practiced many times as a child o. o
