Only critz is that the critters look pillow-shaded (there! I said it!). Give the tones of each color a bit of a hue shift. Just a little.

Remka: Your portraits all have a lot of style , though I think you could use more contrast on some of the color ramps, ala Face Paint Guy's hair, and the green zombie.
