You've got some nice colors on the top one, and great constrast. A nice looking day scene! The sitting person's sweater color makes it disappear against the grass, could use more contrast, maybe brighten and desaturate it..

The bottom house could use a bump in contrast, it's a bit hard to read, specially the walls. Also, i'm not so sure about that saturated brighter blue... The open door with the orange light coming out is a nice touch though
